If I wake up feeling down or somewhat depressed, I find that a stroll outside, regardless of how cold or gloomy it is, is a sure way to pick me up. The natural outdoor daylight is a far cry from just sitting around indoors in subdued lighting. Just in case you aren't able to make it outside today, I am attaching a few pictures to cheer you up. Can you feel the energy flowing to you?

Thanks for sharing these 'enlightening' pictures! I am always amazed by how connected I am to the sun's rays (in the summer I am an unashamed sun-goddess!), and notice great changes in my mental functioning during times of fog and overcast skies. It seems that I too become somewhat foggy--like the atmosphere and I are more connected than one usually notices. Hmmm! Here's to lifting the fog and finding rays of sunshine everyday!
Thanks Howard!
